Tried reading the M8.2 Mindanao earthquake/tsunami article at N3 — rough but doable

This one was heavier vocab than I expected (地震、津波、沿岸 are all new-ish for me) but the sentence structures were mostly manageable at N3. Took me about 20 minutes with a dictionary open. Good real-world practice if you're tired of textbook dialogues.
