Playlist: the whole 'cannot help but ~' family in one place

Made a playlist stringing together example sentences for the various N1 'no choice/can't suppress' patterns — ざるを得ない, 禁じ得ない, に堪えない, ずにはおかない — so you can drill the differences in context back to back instead of one at a time in isolation. Order matters here; I built it so the emotional intensity escalates line by line.
